I became passionate about photography at a young age and have been working as a photographer since 1999. I consider this art by appealing to its first etymological meaning [from Greek: φῶς γραφή , 'painting with light'].
I find it anomalous to consider what is photographed as the "subject," since logically and chronologically, the subject is always the photographer, and the object is the image.
